Health Witch is dedicated to enhancing your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. We are focused on building a relationship with you that is centred on trust, honesty and open communication. By sharing health information with us, you enable us to curate a plan specialised to your needs. However, at times we do have clients who have complex health issues which may require additional medical assistance outside of our scope. If this is identified during our consultation, you will be advised to see a suitable practitioner. This could be a GP, counsellor, massage therapist, occupational therapist or any other health professional that would be appropriate to work with you on the identified matter.
While we are working together, you agree that Health Witch will be indemnified (not held to blame) should you encounter any illness, injury, loss or damage. Health Witch shall also not be liable for any costs relating to illness, injury, loss or damage. If for any reason you have any doubts or queries about guidance, treatments or products that we have recommended for you, you agree to advise us so that we can work together towards a resolution. Health Witch will always provide ethical, informed and appropriate advice for your individual needs but we do encourage you to make decisions about what you feel is best for yourself.

We have adopted a sliding scale payment scheme so that we are able to provide for varying economic circumstances, as well as additional assistance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander folk. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. We do request a $50.00 deposit during the booking process for consultations, which is not refundable for cancellations that take place less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Our Witch Stix products are available to purchase online, and we will ensure that they are posted to you as soon as practical. Please let us know if they arrive with any damage as we will offer you a refund if this is the case. Please note product quality varies seasonally.
Health Witch does not provide refunds for change of mind. If you are unhappy with a service, consultation or product, please contact us to discuss what we can do better so that we can ensure a satisfactory outcome.
